Smart Clinic CRM is no longer a single lead form with English stage names. It is a workspace you shape: a sales pipeline, a campaign tracker, or a task board — each with its own fields, language, and automations.
Fields per board
On inbound leads, a card can carry title, phone, source, and a custom budget — with phone required and monetary value hidden. On campaigns, there may be no contact at all: title, channel, spend, start and end. On onboarding work, the card is a task, not a lead: title, assignee, due date, checklist.
Add a field once and it appears on the create form, the card, the list, filters, group-by, and automations — only on the boards you put it on. Built-in fields (phone, owner, due date) can be shown, hidden, renamed, or required per board. Title and stage stay on every card; everything else is yours.
Stage meaning, not English names
Won, lost, open, on hold, and “not started” are properties you set on the stage. Rename “Won” to “Signed”, or name the stage in Arabic — funnel, forecast, throughput, and SLA still know which columns are closed. Converting a lead to a patient file targets the stage you mark for conversion, not a guessed English word.
Saved views
A view is filters, sort, group-by, columns, and board / list / calendar — named, and kept. Keep a private “my stalled deals”. Share “unowned inbound today” as the default the team opens. Clearing the browser no longer wipes the board.
Sales, marketing, or tasks — then edit
Pick a starting recipe: a sales pipeline, a marketing tracker, or a task board. Each brings stages with the right meaning, a field layout, default views, and starter automations. Clone it, rename the card to “Lead” or “Task” or “Campaign”, and reuse it. WhatsApp inquiries still land on a board — without a second, competing WhatsApp pipeline appearing beside the one you already use.
Catalogs you own
Priorities, sources, tags, activity kinds, and lost reasons are clinic lists — Arabic and English labels, colours, and merge when a typo creeps in. A WhatsApp reply counts as real activity, so a lead being handled in chat is not pulled off its owner for “inactivity”.
Playbooks on your fields
Automations already create follow-up calls, wait, and run in order. They can now condition on the fields you added: budget above a threshold, or a VIP tag, or both. AND and OR groups are allowed. Message templates can fill custom fields, not only name and phone.
Reports and the board assistant
Funnel, forecast, throughput, and SLA follow stage meaning and the pipeline you mark as primary for insights — renaming the board does not silently switch the dashboard to another one. The in-board assistant sees this board’s fields, required rules, and catalogs, so it proposes cards that actually fit.
Access
Guests still see only cards assigned to them. Activity on a card follows who can see that card. Changing the board’s fields, stages, and members stays with clinic admins and board owners.
Existing boards keep working with the layout they already have. You change a board when you are ready — not on the day this lands.
