Most clinics do not need a second booking engine. They need a way to hand this doctor, this branch, or online only to a patient — without building a second website.
Until this drop, the public form was one page for the whole clinic. Telemedicine lived as a toggle on that same page. A deposit was one clinic-wide answer. Staff turned a request into a visit by walking a long screen. A patient who tapped the wrong day waited for a human. A full calendar sent demand out the door.
That is the gap this drop closes. As many booking links as you need, on the same availability engine you already trust. The dated changelog is on What’s new. The evergreen page is Reservations & Scheduling. How money is taken is still your merchant account — this release is how each link asks for a different amount.
Hand out the right form
Open booking requests. The links tab starts with three one-click starters: per doctor, per branch, online only. The rest copies your clinic form. Copy the address. Print a barcode. Pause a campaign and an old print still opens a polite “not taking bookings” page, not a dead end.
Lock the doctor so Instagram traffic cannot wander into another specialty. Or leave the pick as a suggestion. A link cannot show a doctor whose public profile forbids booking. The clinic page at /reservation does not change.
Ask for money only where it belongs
A first-visit consult can stay free. A long cosmetic slot can hold 500 EGP. Same Paymob or Tap methods. Different ask, stored on the link, not on the whole clinic. Change the default form later and old links stay put until you reset them.
If someone has missed visits before, a link can start requiring a deposit after a number you choose. Guests without a file still see the link’s normal rule.
One click in the inbox
A plain request is one click. Several at once is a real bulk action. Packages and special prices still open the full session screen. Two taps on submit still make one row.
The patient also gets a link to the request itself. They can cancel or pick another time before you accept. Forgotten requests expire, so a 9am that nobody confirmed does not block the chair. Cancel and decline are finally different.
Keep the demand when the day is full
Waitlist is off until you turn it on for a link. When the calendar renders empty, the form offers a place on the list — which days, how flexible, this doctor or any.
When a slot frees, the next match gets a short-lived WhatsApp. If WhatsApp fails, a verified clinic SMS can send the same offer once. They claim. You accept in one click. They are not auto-booked. A deposit, if the link needs one, is taken when they claim — not while they are only waiting.
Online means a join link, not a flag
An online-only link hides the clinic-visit choice. Price and duration can differ from the floor visit. A doctor can keep online hours that are not branch hours. After you accept, the confirmation carries a working join link. A paid booking deposit counts at the door, so they are not charged twice.
Know which link to print next month
Reports on the requests page show conversion per link and per campaign, where people drop off, waitlist health, and how fast staff respond. Small samples stay as counts. A reschedule is not a new patient.
Website, chatbot, WhatsApp, and reception still feed the same inbox. The new thing is that a doctor, a branch, and an online campaign can each have an address of their own — and you can see which one filled the week.
