Stop forcing every clinic board into a lead form

Smart Clinic CRM is now a workspace you shape: a sales pipeline, a campaign tracker, or a task board — each with its own fields, language, and automations.

CRM — sales, marketing, and task boards with fields you choose

Most clinic CRMs assume every card is a lead: name, phone, value, English stages named New and Won.

That is true for inbound inquiries. It is wrong for a campaign tracker with spend and dates and no contact. It is wrong for an onboarding checklist that should say task, not lead. And it is wrong the moment the stage is named in Arabic — the report still looks for the word “won”.

This release is the opposite of that assumption. You configure the board. The dated changelog is on What’s new. The evergreen product page is CRM.

A form that belongs to this board

On inbound leads: title, phone, source, a custom budget. Phone required. Monetary value hidden. On campaigns: title, channel, spend, start and end — no contact. On onboarding: title, assignee, due date, checklist — and the card is called a task.

Add a field once. It shows on create, on the card, in the list, in filters, in group-by, and in automations — only on the boards you attach it to. Built-in fields can be shown, hidden, renamed, or required per board. Title and stage stay; everything else is yours.

Stage meaning that survives a rename

Won, lost, open, on hold, and not-started are properties you set. Funnel, forecast, throughput, and SLA read those properties. “مغلق - ناجح” is closed-won. “Signed” is closed-won if you say so. Converting a lead to a patient file goes to the stage you mark for conversion.

Views the team can share

Filters used to live in one browser. A view is now named: filters, sort, columns, group-by, and board / list / calendar. Keep “my stalled deals” private. Share “unowned inbound today” as the default the team opens.

Start from a recipe, then edit it

Sales, marketing, and task starting points bring stages with the right meaning, a field layout, default views, and starter automations. Clone them. Change what a card is called. WhatsApp inquiries still land on a board — without a second WhatsApp pipeline appearing beside the one you already use.

Priorities, sources, tags, activity kinds, and lost reasons are clinic lists, in Arabic and English. A reply on WhatsApp counts as activity, so a lead being handled in chat is not recycled for “inactivity”.

Automations and an assistant that see your fields

Playbooks already create follow-up calls and wait. They can now condition on budget, a VIP tag, or both — AND and OR. Templates can fill custom fields, not only name and phone. The in-board assistant sees this board’s fields and required rules, so it proposes cards that actually fit.

Reports follow the pipeline you mark as primary for insights. Guests still see only cards assigned to them. Changing the board stays with admins.

If your CRM still treats every card like a lead named in English, this is the module that retires that ritual — without asking the clinic to buy a second tool for campaigns or tasks.
