A dermatology clinic in Riyadh sells serums on Salla. An aesthetic clinic in Cairo sells kits on EasyOrder. A brand with patients in two countries sells on Shopify.
Care already lives in Smart Clinic: the file, the appointment, the WhatsApp reminder before the visit. Retail lived somewhere else. When the order was paid, nobody thanked the buyer. When the box shipped, reception found out from a screenshot. When a Shopify checkout sat unfinished, the cart went cold.
That split is the expensive one. Not the platform fee — the silence after the sale.
This release closes it. Connect the store you already run. The dated changelog is on What’s new. The evergreen product page is Messaging.
Keep the store. Add the follow-up.
You do not migrate products. You do not rebuild checkout. You connect Salla with a Salla sign-in, EasyOrder with an API key, or Shopify with a custom-app token or a Shopify install.
When an order is created, paid, shipped, delivered, or cancelled, the same reminder engine that already sends appointment follow-ups can send once and log the send. “After store order paid” is one rule for every connected platform. If the copy is SAR-only, limit that reminder to Salla.
Templates can fill order reference, total, platform name, and customer name.
Shopify carts that almost converted
Shopify checkouts can sit unpaid. A reminder can fire before the cart goes cold. If the buyer completes the order, that reminder is cancelled — they are not nudged after they have paid.
Salla and EasyOrder still get the paid and shipping messages. Abandoned-cart recovery in this drop is Shopify, because that is the platform with a usable checkout event today.
See whether the message actually went
A store orders list in the clinic admin is read-only on purpose. Filter by platform and status. Open a row. See which WhatsApp messages fired. Refresh one order if a send was missed.
You do not edit Salla from Smart Clinic. Linking a row to the patient file is not in this drop. The job is visibility for messaging, not a second warehouse.
Two stores, two pipelines
Selling on your Smart Clinic website — when you turn that on — is not this. A clinic can do both: retail on Salla, booking on the clinic site. Those orders do not mix, and they should not. One is an external store the clinic already operates. The other is a storefront the clinic builds.
If your post-purchase WhatsApp still depends on someone noticing the order, this is the module that retires that ritual — without asking the clinic to abandon Salla, EasyOrder, or Shopify.
